Photo by Credit Commerce da PixabayThe European Urbact IV programme has launched a new call to select and promote good local practices in sustainable urban development, as well as the Interreg 2024 consultation (of which Urbact is part) on future cohesion policy (post-2027).

In this way, the European territorial cooperation programme will continue to support the adoption of sustainable urban development policies by cities.

Here's how Urbact IV works and what activities and calls it promotes.

What is the Urbact IV Program

Following in the footsteps of the three previous editions (Urbact I, Urbact II, and Urbact III), Urbact IV is also a programme of European Territorial Cooperation (Interreg) aimed at supporting sustainable urban development policies in cities, co-financed mainly by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
