The ICT Sector Unit of the World Bank Group is working with the Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Technology and the Ministry of Finance of the Federal Government of Somalia to provide a program of ICT Sector Support, 2014-2019. The funding comes from the Somalia Multi-Partner Fund.

On behalf of the Federal Government of Somalia, the World Bank is seeking to employ a number of individual consultants to provide technical assistance to the future National Communications Authority. This selection is for a pricing and interconnection expert.
